What this site is.

A description of services. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of a result. Prices, scope, and turnaround are set in your service agreement, not here.

Engagements.

Services are provided month to month with thirty days notice on either side, unless your agreement says otherwise. Scope, volume allowance, overage rates, and billing dates are set out in that agreement.

Your responsibilities.

You remain the licensed party in your transactions. Serene performs administrative and coordination work under your direction and does not give legal, tax, or brokerage advice.

Access and confidentiality.

We sign an NDA before receiving access to any system, and we keep a written record of every credential we hold. Access is revoked when the engagement ends.

Intellectual property.

Work produced for you belongs to you once invoiced and paid. The Serene Ops name, marks, and the contents of this site belong to us.

Liability.

We work carefully and we correct our mistakes. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected work, to the extent the law allows.

Changes.

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the current one, and material changes to an active engagement are agreed with you rather than published quietly.

Governing law.

The governing law and the venue for any dispute are set out in your service agreement.
