Serene Ops Book a call

FAQ

You’re probably wondering.

Everything people ask on the first call, in one place.

The services

Can I take just one service?

Yes. Each is sold separately, month to month.

What if I need all seven?

That’s Serene Complete, and it costs less than taking all seven individually.

What if what I need isn’t listed?

Ask. Real estate doesn’t fit neatly into seven boxes. Print collateral coordination, CRM setup and migration, and SOP documentation are all things we handle, quoted against what you need.

Can you work with the systems I already use?

Yes. We work inside your CRM, your transaction platform, your inbox. You don’t switch anything to work with us.

We will tell you when a tool is costing you time. That comes up on the weekly call as a suggestion, not a condition. What you do with it is your call.

Do I have to hand over everything?

No. We agree what Serene owns and what stays with you, and that line is written down rather than assumed.

Is this the same as hiring an assistant?

No. There is no recruitment, no salary, and nobody for you to manage. You are buying an agreed scope of operational work, not somebody’s hours.

Who actually does the work?

A small team that learns your business. Not a rotating pool.

Working together

How quickly do things get done?

We plan the week with you and set what gets finished in it. That’s the rhythm.

Two things sit outside that rhythm because they have to. Anything on a transaction deadline is tracked to its date, not to the weekly plan. And lead responses go out fast, because a lead that waits is a lead somebody else got.

What happens when I suddenly get busy?

That’s exactly when we’re useful. Volume above your plan is handled and billed as overage, and we tell you as it happens rather than at the end of the month.

How do I send work over?

However you already work. Email, WhatsApp, a shared board, or forwarded from your CRM.

Do I get a real person, or a queue?

An account lead, and a weekly call with them. It is where we plan the week, bring ideas, and flag what is about to become a problem.

How an engagement runs

Pricing and billing

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Month to month, 30 days notice to stop.

Longer terms are what earn a discount. If you want a better rate, prepay annually or commit for twelve months and we’ll talk about it.

Why price by the task instead of by the hour?

An hourly rate pays for time spent. A task price pays for work finished. When we get faster at your work, you keep the saving.

How pricing works

Access and confidentiality

How do you handle confidential information?

We sign an NDA before we get access to anything.

Credentials are shared through a password manager, never over text, email, or WhatsApp. Every system we’re let into is written down, so you know exactly what we hold. When an engagement ends, that access is revoked and you get the list back to confirm.

Will you use my MLS login?

Never. If MLS access is needed, we ask you to request an assistant account from your MLS in our name, which is what the rules are there for.

What happens to my data if we stop working together?

Access is revoked, working files are returned to you, and you get the access list back so you can confirm nothing is outstanding.
