How Serene Ops collects, uses, and protects personal information.
Last updated 21 August 2026.
1. Who we are
Serene Ops provides back office and administrative support to real estate agents in the United States.
- Trading name: Serene Ops
- Email: hello@sereneop.com
- Phone: +1 332 216 4014
This policy covers sereneop.com and the services described on it.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you complete the audit form or write to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us, including your brokerage, your state, your approximate transaction volume, and what is taking up your time.
Information collected by the tools we use. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you selected, your time zone, and technical information including your IP address and browser type. When you submit the audit form, Formspree processes the contents of that form along with your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes technical request data and provides privacy-preserving analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify individual visitors.
Information about your clients, if you become a client. Delivering these services means Serene is given access to systems that may contain personal information belonging to your own clients, such as contacts in your CRM, transaction documents, and email. We use that information only to perform the services you have engaged us for. The scope of that access is agreed in writing before any access is granted.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To schedule the audit call and send you the invitation.
- To prepare the written summary we promised you.
- To provide the services you have engaged us for.
- To send communications about an active engagement.
- To meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Text messages and calls
If you tick the consent box on the audit form, you agree that Serene Ops may contact you by phone, text message, and email about your audit and about its services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information may be shared with subprocessors solely so that Serene’s own messages can be delivered to you, such as our telephony and messaging provider. That is not sharing for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data is sold, rented, or passed on.
You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by emailing hello@sereneop.com, or by telling us on a call. Withdrawing consent for texts does not affect your ability to work with us.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only so far as they need it:
- Calendly, for scheduling the audit call.
- Formspree, for processing the audit form.
- Our email and document providers, for correspondence and file storage.
- Our telephony and messaging provider, for calls and text messages.
- Cloudflare, for hosting and privacy-preserving analytics.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
6. International transfers
Our clients are in the United States and our team works outside it, so personal information is processed outside the United States. The same handling standards apply wherever the work happens: written access agreements, credentials held in a password manager, documented and limited access, and revocation when an engagement ends.
7. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by legal and tax retention rules.
8. How we protect it
Credentials are shared through a password manager and never over text, email, or messaging apps. Access to each client’s systems is documented and limited to the people who need it. Access is revoked when an engagement ends, and you get the written list back to confirm. Everyone who works on your account is under a confidentiality agreement.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time. Email hello@sereneop.com and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents
If you live in California, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it, and the right to request deletion of that information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising either right. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
10. Children
This site and these services are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
12. Contact
Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold: email hello@sereneop.com or call +1 332 216 4014.
