About
Serene Ops is a small operation, run by people who have done this work.
The operational layer behind a real estate business. Back office and admin support for US realtors.
Why this exists
Ibrar spent years advising US realtors on their marketing, and then about two more years working alongside them. The same thing kept happening in front of him. Agents losing their best hours to paperwork, to chasing, to follow-up that nobody else was ever going to do.
Nobody solved it. It just got tolerated.
Serene Ops is the attempt to solve it properly, for a small number of agents at a time, rather than at volume.
Who you deal with
Two founders. Neither of them is a layer you talk through.
Ibrar Ul Islam
Co-founder
Runs the audit calls, the weekly client calls, and delivery oversight. Years advising US realtors, then working alongside them. If you book an audit, this is who you speak to, and he is the one who tells you where your time is going.
Zayna Azem
Co-founder, Client Relationships
Comes from social media and brand building. Handles relationships and everything around the working agreement: scope, terms, and the conversations that happen before and around the work itself.
Small, on purpose
What that gets you.
- Founder-led.
- A weekly call with your account lead to review the week and plan the next one. Not a ticket queue.
- Real estate specific.
- Nobody needs training on what a contingency deadline is.
- Continuity.
- A small team that learns your business, not a new face every month.
- We think, not just execute.
- The weekly call is where we bring ideas and flag what we are seeing. Advice is included. You are never just handing over tasks.
Worth being direct about
We’re new, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise.
Serene Ops is launching now. We don’t have a wall of client logos and we’re not going to invent one.
What we do have is a public record. Ibrar has more than thirty five-star Google reviews from US realtors he advised, under his own name, checkable by anybody. Read what they actually say. The recurring theme is not marketing expertise. It is patience, staying on the phone until the thing is fixed, and being the person who actually followed through.
That is the part we built a business around.
Start with the free audit.
Thirty minutes on how your week runs, and a written one-page summary afterwards. Yours whether we work together or not.
