Serene Ops Book a call

Pricing

Priced by the task. Never by the hour.

An hourly rate pays for time spent. A task price pays for work finished. Those are different things, and only one of them is what you wanted to buy.

01

You know the cost before the work starts.

No timesheet to interpret at the end of the month. The task has a price. That is the price.

02

Our speed is our problem, not your invoice.

When we get faster at your work, you keep the saving. An hourly model would hand it to us instead.

03

You are not billed for learning your systems.

Getting to know your CRM, your timelines, and your preferences is our cost of doing this properly.

What decides your number

Three things, and none of them is a timesheet.

01

Which services you take.

One, several, or all seven as Serene Complete. Each has its own price.

02

Your volume.

The allowance is set to what you actually run. Active files, listings, campaigns, whatever the service is measured in.

03

How long you commit.

Month to month is the default. Prepaying annually or committing for twelve months is what earns a better rate.

The monthly structure

A plan sized to your volume, not to a number of hours.

One service or several.
Each of the seven is sold separately. Start with one, add the next when the business asks for it.
A volume allowance.
Your plan covers an agreed amount of work each month. Active files, listings, campaigns, whatever the service is measured in.
Overage, not a stoppage.
Go over the allowance and the work still gets done. It is billed as overage at the same task rates, and we tell you as it happens.
Month to month.
Thirty days notice. No setup fee, no minimum term.

Where the price comes down

Two ways to pay less for the same work.

Take them together.

Serene Complete is all seven services in one engagement, and it costs less than the same seven bought separately. One team, one allowance, one invoice.

We do not publish the number, because it depends on your volume and we are not going to quote you a figure that turns out to be wrong. You get it on the call, once we know what you actually run.

Commit for longer.

Month to month is the default and it stays available. If you would rather have a better rate, prepay annually or commit for twelve months and we will talk about it.

Length is what earns a discount here. Not volume promises, not a bigger package than you need.

How we work

We walk with you, at whatever size you are.

Start with one thing.
Take a single service. Add the next when the business asks for it, not when a contract says you have to.
A weekly call, not a ticket queue.
We plan the week with your account lead, and we tell you what we are seeing across your business. Advice is part of it.
Month to month, 30 days notice.
We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term.
Your growth changes the work.
Two files becomes six. One listing becomes a team. The scope moves with you, and we tell you before it does, not after.

We would rather grow alongside a few agents for years than sign a hundred and hope.

Billing questions.

Why is there no price list on this site?

Because the honest number depends on your volume, and a made-up one wastes your time and ours. The audit call is thirty minutes and you leave it with real figures.

How am I billed?

Monthly, in advance, for the plan. Overage from the previous month appears on the following invoice, itemized by task.

What counts as overage?

Work beyond the allowance we agreed. It is charged at the same task rates as the plan, never at a penalty rate.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum term?

No to both. Month to month, thirty days notice to stop.

What if I need something outside the seven services?

Ask. Print collateral coordination, CRM setup and migration, and SOP documentation are all things we do, quoted against what you need.

Can I pause instead of cancelling?

Yes. Tell us on the weekly call. A quiet season is not a reason to unpick everything we have learned about your business.

Every question, answered

Get the real number in thirty minutes.

The audit tells you where your week is going. The call tells you what it costs to hand it over.
