Serene Ops Book a call

Fast market.Calm desk.

The back office behind your real estate business.

Serene runs the operational side of a real estate business. Transactions, listings, leads, your CRM, your inbox, and the marketing that goes with them, handled by one team working inside your systems.

For agents and small teams doing enough business that the admin has started getting in the way of the selling.

Priced by the task.Never by the hour.

  • Real estate specialized
  • Task-based pricing
  • Month to month
01Real estate specialized

Nobody here needs teaching what a contingency deadline is.

02Priced by the task

You know the cost before the work starts, not after a timesheet.

03Month to month

Thirty days notice. We would rather earn the next month than hold you to a term.

04NDA protected

Signed before we touch a system. Every access we hold is written down.

05One small team

The same people every week, not a rotating pool from a marketplace.

You didn’t get licensed to drown in the details.

You keep your attention on the work that grows the business. We’ll handle the work that keeps it running.

  • The listing that needs updating.
  • The document somebody still hasn’t sent.
  • The client waiting on a reply.
  • The lender who hasn’t called back.
  • The “I’ll just do it myself” task that somehow eats 45 minutes.

That’s where Serene Ops comes in.

What changes

The market stays fast. Your desk gets calmer.

Fewer loose ends.

Deadlines, documents and follow-ups sit with somebody whose job is to hold them, not at the bottom of your list.

Less to hold in your head.

You stop being the only person who knows what is outstanding across your files, your listings and your inbox.

Capacity without a hire.

Work gets covered without recruitment, a salary, or another person to manage.

What’s eating up your week?

Pick everything that applies. The services that cover it appear as you go.

Where the time goes

Why Serene

You don’t need another employee. You need more capacity.

Hiring someone feels excessive. Doing it yourself is exhausting. Serene sits in the middle, as one operational partner rather than a pile of suppliers.

No payroll overhead.
No recruitment, no salary, no benefits, no desk, no quiet period you still pay for.
No rotating pool.
The same small team every week, learning how your business actually runs.
No five different freelancers.
One team holding the whole operation, so nobody has to be told twice.
No paying more because someone worked slowly.
The task has a price. Our speed is our problem, not your invoice.

Pricing

Priced by the task. Never by the hour.

An hourly rate pays for time spent. A task price pays for work finished. Those are different things, and only one of them is what you wanted to buy.

01

You know the cost before the work starts.

No timesheet to interpret at the end of the month. The task has a price. That is the price.

02

Our speed is our problem, not your invoice.

When we get faster at your work, you keep the saving. An hourly model would hand it to us instead.

03

You are not billed for learning your systems.

Getting to know your CRM, your timelines, and your preferences is our cost of doing this properly.

How pricing works, in full

Or hand us the whole thing

Serene Complete

All seven services. One operational partner.

For agents and teams whose admin has stopped being one problem. The person who knows your transaction timeline is the person who knows your listing schedule and what your CRM says about that seller.

Why bundling is worth it. Nothing falls between suppliers, because there is only one. No coordinating five people, no repeating yourself, no wondering who owns a task.

How the pricing works. One monthly engagement covering all seven, with a volume allowance set to your business. It costs less than taking the same seven separately. We show you the number on the call, once we know your volume.

Everything included

How it works

Four steps, and then it runs.

01

Choose the support.

One service, several, or all seven. We agree what Serene owns and what stays with you.

02

Set up the workflow.

NDA, access to the systems we need, and a look at how the work actually moves today.

03

We run it.

The agreed work happens. You hear from us when something is done, blocked, or at risk.

04

Adjust as you grow.

Volume changes, scope changes. We tell you before it does, not after.

You’re probably wondering.

Can I start with one service?

Yes. Each of the seven is sold separately, month to month. Start where the pain is worst and add the next when the business asks for it.

Do I have to hand over everything?

No. We agree what Serene owns and what stays with you, and that line is written down rather than assumed.

Is this the same as hiring an assistant?

No. There is no recruitment, no salary, and nobody for you to manage. You are buying an agreed scope of operational work, not somebody’s hours.

Will I know what is happening?

You get a weekly call with your account lead to plan the week, a monthly report, and word from us when something is done, blocked, or at risk. You should not have to chase us for status.

Can you work with the systems I already use?

Yes. We work inside your CRM, your transaction platform, and your inbox. You do not switch anything to work with us.

What happens on the first call?

Thirty minutes on how your week actually runs, mostly us listening. Afterwards you get a written one-page summary of the three things costing you the most time, ranked. Yours whether we work together or not.

Every question, answered

You’ve got enough on your plate. Take operations off it.

Tell us what’s consuming your time. We’ll tell you what Serene can take from there.

Thirty minutes, no obligation, and a written summary either way.
